I cleaned the ear with some solution and special pads for dog's ears that i have at home. When i cleaned my dog's left ear with a few pads the pads were brown color. I don't know what it was (blood??). My dog's ears always clean. I just brought my dog one time for grooming. I want to believe that all services that i paid for were performed at this appointment.

Partially do to because they’re are close within distance but the staff and groomers so far have understood the needs and give a report or feedback if any on how my dogs did.
