- NNNicole NewtOct 20, 20251.0This is actually a -1 review. The manager Tiffany at this location is really rude and unprofessional! I went in and asked for my fur baby to be cut down to a size 4 haircut (TBH) she shaved him all the way down to a size 7. I asked to speak with her about it, and she was very rude! She walked off and ignored me. I spoke to the women at the counter, that checked us in, and she showed me the paperwork and told me that she spoke the Tiffany directly about my request. Once I got home, 🏠noticed knicks from the razor all around my puppy private area. I also noticed razor marks and his coat was all uneven. He’s been acting very anxious and scared for the last few days, since this incident! He’s barely eating! I don’t know what to do. I strongly advise you to take your pet somewhere else, or ask for someone that will treat your baby with kindness and care!

My dog looked nice but I think he didn’t like the groomer because his paws were hurting and he didn’t like the in crate dryer. They don’t cater to hand drying. I feel like my dog was a bit traumatized this time and this is not good. This cut may affect his behavior at petco the next time. I typically use another person and I will go to her next time.
