Specifically, the store manager Gabe, who actually called me to help resolve my issue. They didn't have to do anything and I didn't expect anything but they went above and beyond today's standard. Thank you.

I went to price check a medication for our cats and it was 13 dollars more than Chewy. I didn't feel like carrying home an 11 pound bag of kibble so I just ordered from Amazon and Chewy. I would recommend Petco over all other pet shops because they offer a wide range of services, pharmacy, medical care and grooming.

All I needed was something for my dogs diarrhea, I could have been in and out before the posted closing time of 8 pm. But they couldnt care less . Would it have killed them to actually stay until 8pm. I use to be a regular customer but their lack of interest in helping my sick dog simply by remaining open until the supposed closing time of 8pm I will be taking my business elsewhere..
