- BKBonnie KnightFeb 7, 20265.0Wonderful help from Petco team member "Chris!" At Petco, I had bought a new cat collar and new pet ID to attach to it. But the cat collar was too small and had a piece of stretchy fabric for the cat collar and not a customary metal ring to which to attach the ID instead. I went back to Petco to straighten out the problem. Chris helped me and showed me that that the cat collar I purchased was sized for kittens. Chris showed me how to look for the length of the collar on the cardboard label it came with originally, he compared the collar to others and realized the metal piece was missing. He helped me (1) get the right size replacement collar, (2) he helped me get the cat ID tag off the incorrect collar, (3) he helped me getting the ID affixed to the new collar with the right length, and (4) he got me my money back on returning the first collar that had flaws. Chris was professional, very helpful and good-natured . It was one of the most positive return-and-exchange experiences I have ever had in a store. 5 stars for Chris and for Petco!

- GMGigi MurphyDec 30, 20253.0Staff are all exceptional;I sometimes do NOT want to use PetCo because of their archaic policy regarding the expiration of their "points" I lost a 5$ voucher; I have lost out on SO MANY vouchers over the past few years ( receptionist on phone read them off to me);- one reason I had multiple accounts; another reason I am not tecchy; however why should I have to be the one to download from an APP I do not want; why should I "earn" vouchers only to lose them because i didn't use them within a window of time Target - for example- gives you a 5 dollar voucher card; and its there; timeless- PetCo needs to get with 2026 I can buy pet food anywhere including Target or online the staff are almost always great; few cranky people but really great staff; hope you are paying them well PetCo! They are the reason I return- great customer service
