- JKJason KaranasMar 18, 20265.0Our pup goes here regularly through appointments however had an emergency poop issue and staff were able to get him in right away even on a busy Saturday morning. Staff is amazing here. You can also do self wash for your pup.
- RRRamiroJan 19, 20263.0I took my dog for a bath and the one employee just handed him over as if she was really over him/hated her job even though she saw me struggling to put his collar and leash back on plus pay at the same time. She could care less to even help or even cared about my dog for that matter. My dog looks and smells good but you need to work on your customer service.

- PPPeteMay 30, 20233.05.5 hrs later, dog still only halfway groomed. Had to pick up due to plans, but they did offer to finish. They charged only half since only halfway done. Clerk on phone making appt said 2 to 3 hrs. If they would've estimated closer to 6, we could've changed plans Plan at least 4 to 5 for a medium dog at 48 lbs. Maybe a suggestion, do not take walk ins that I overheard in a.m. during drop off.
