- ASAnca SilkeyMar 1, 20261.0I specifically requested a trim. The merchant instead shaved my dog entirely without my consent. The grooming was performed with such negligence that my dog sustained multipole cuts and abrasions across her body. Due to the merchants poor hygiene or handling practices, my dog also developed a severe ear infection and a urinary infection immediately following the appointment, requiring professional veterinary medical intervention.
