  The Petco in Pacific Beach is wonderful. They have lots of things for cats and the staff saved my flea medicine at the front desk so I could run in and run out.

  I honestly don’t even know where to start… I brought my pet into the bathing and grooming section at Petco thinking it would be a simple, clean experience, but it turned into a mess real quick. I saw the names Mercedes and Azalea on their name tags, and it felt like I walked into their personal hangout instead of a business because there was way more talking and laughing than actually helping customers. I waited way longer than I was told with barely any updates, and when I finally tried to ask what was going on, I got short answers that made it seem like I was bothering them. The whole area looked kind of disorganized too, which is not what you want to see in a place that’s supposed to be cleaning pets. My pet did not come out looking how I expected either, especially for how long it took. Overall, the vibes were off, the service felt unprofessional, and it just wasn’t a good experience at all—I definitely won’t be coming back to this grooming section.

  It’s always organized and easy to get in and out. Plus Jennifer at the front is a doll. She is always so sweet, kind and helpful. Incredible customer service
