  I visited on Saturday to purchase a snail. There are signs posted stating staff are available to help and that customers should be ready when asking for assistance, and that due to pricing policies you may not be able to choose specific animals and thats to keep prices low but the prices were average if not more than other fish stores. I asked a staff member for a snail that I saw moving on the glass, and they assisted me with the selection I guess I should have stayed and watched to make sure she didn't get one of the obvious dead ones they had in the tanks which were quite a bit. I also took a moment to look at the betta fish, but the conditions did not appear well maintained they were in small jars with half the water that one of them couldn't even swim in a circle if they wanted honestly worse conditions for bettas than Petco. When I got home and began acclimating the snail, I discovered it was already dead. This was very disappointing, as it was a waste of both time and money. I hope better care is taken when selecting animals for purchase in the future.

  Awesome place! Got all the water clarifying plants you can stand. My koi pond is currently cycling and I tried this place out instead of my usual aqua warehouse and i was very satisfied! Staff was attentive even thoigh it was the weekend! Really took the time listen to my needs and get me everything I needed.

  The Pet Zone has to be the absolute worst place to order live fish online. I placed my order over a week ago and my order still hasn’t shipped. First of all, their telephone message is from Covid days days which was 6 years ago. Their website is probably the only one I have seen that doesn’t allow you to check your order status. You have to call. Problem is, no one ever answers the phone. You’re left uninformed which is not cool since I want to make sure I’m home to receive the fish. They also never answer texts so don’t bother with that also. I called yesterday and miraculously someone finally answered the phone and told me my order was not shipped. What do I have to wait? 2 weeks? Never experienced such total failure with customer service.move on to another company. You’re better off UPDATE!!!!!!!!!! You can’t make this stuff up. The worst operation of online live fish I’ve seen. They shipped my fish on the 24th. I didn’t get an email confirming shipment and tracking till the 28th, the day AFTER it was delivered to my mailbox parcel. Gee thanks. You’re supposed to send the confirmation email the day you ship so I can look out for the box in 2 to 3 days. Poor fish were ALL DEAD ON ARRIVAL having been in th4 box from the 24th till th 29th. All 10 were dead Tragic. From A thru Z this organization dropped the ball at every turn. How are they still in business??????????/. Again to the owner for gods sake email the customer the DAY you ship, not 4 days later after it’s been delivered. I don’t think I’ll see a worse dompamy than this. Good luck if you buy from these people. Don’t say I didn’t warn all of you

  Something is wrong with this company, they never reply on the website and even when I purchased something, I have never received it. Think the website is a scam, I legit have not gotten any reply about my missing order. When I call them, they say their sales team online is different so I can never get in contact with them. Been waiting over a month, I left a negative review on the website and it still shows 5 stars for the item so you know they are deleting reviews as well.

  Asked about compatible, medium to large, mid-water dwelling fish for Angelfish and Rams. I was looking at some rainbows but they were small. They said they just got two large ones in. They were Rainbow Sharks! Absolutely not with Angels! And even if they were compatible, they are not mid-water swimmers. So after being very unimpressed with all of the other mostly barren tanks, I went back to the first one with the smaller rainbows. I said I’ll take two. She said they were just for display and I have to buy from the stock tank. She takes me there and they didn’t even have any. The staff is nice and they get a star for that. Otherwise, what a waste of time and energy.
