    I was seriously impressed with this Unleashed location. Every single employee I ran into was so friendly and actually helpful—it makes such a difference. All staff acknowledged me or said hello in a friendly manner and offered to help me find anything I might need. I brought my dog Bobby in to get microchipped at the Vetco clinic here, and I have to give a huge shoutout to the vet and her crew. They were so amazing with him. He can be a bit hit-or-miss at the vet, but their demeanor was so gentle and friendly that it kept him totally calm while they placed the chip. On top of the great care, it was way lower cost than most other places I looked into. Definitely an all-around positive experience, and I’m glad I found this team!

    They fit us in last minute and helped take great care of my dog, were super attentive and really had great attention to detail about what he did and did not need. The whole visit was great and all the staff were super sweet!

    Very patient with my very bad dog who is scared of shots, vets and groomers. Both of us needed a nap afterwards but the 3 awesome ladies got it done!

    Got there 10 minutes early. Was told they don't open until 10. Went to buy food and there was a line of people to check in. Had to leave for another appointment after waiting 15 minutes after my appointment time. Why make an appointment if they will take anyone regardless of appointment time? Waste of my time.
