Very friendly staff! No problem with customer service. My two stars go to the cashiers. *****WOULD NOT RECOMMEND VET CLINIC***** For one, I mentioned my cat having a weird ongoing cough. Dr. Sarah Jepkes, said don’t worry about it even after I brought it up and two different appointments, emphasizing how it may be getting worse and I really wanted to get him checked out. I had done research and gotten rid of any factors at home that may have been causing it. She said it would be a waste of money, and “most cats with asthma live normal lives” and “once a cat is on steroids, it is always on steroids”.. so no treatment or any labwork is better as opposed to caring for my pet? I took him to another clinic, and the vet noticed that he had an unusual heartbeat. He took some x-rays to check out his coughing situation, and suspects it may be cardiomegaly. This was all done on one visit, and he took my concerns into consideration and was sincerely worried for my cat’s health. This is the expected norm that should come from all veterinarians. I had also purchased the kitten bundle for all his initial shots, and we went from having 3 appointments to 7!! This is difficult for somebody who works full-time, and doesn’t have the flexibility of getting any day off. Just a bit frustrating, but I would NOT bring a pet here if I am worried about any health concerns. At least not to be seen by Dr. Sarah Jepkes.

Staff was very nice and very patient with my extremely scared ( and muzzled ) dog- my only issue was that I was told to check in 10min early and was told when I got there that I couldn’t until they opened at 9:30- just a little frustrating with a scared and anxious dog. I would’ve come in closer to the appointment time vs having to be there longer. But once we got checked in it all went well considering my dogs behavior 😞
