But dont tell me "policy changed". Since I need a new exam, I will find a client focused service. Update 11/13/2025 I emailed the address Vetco provided, yet I have not received any communication in return. I have no interest in receiving feigned compassion; their comment was merely a public display of attentiveness and not a serious attempt to resolve the issue.
