- LSLily SigalaJan 1, 20261.0The receptionist told me more than the actual vet would about a lump I pointed out on my puppies leg. They are just out for your money, they don’t care about any of your concerns they just want to try to upsale you as much as humanly possible. Trying not to take it personal because I’m sure everyone who walks in there gets treated like this. Explained multiple times my pups records aren’t fully updated and I know he has all needed vaccines - just for the ladies to be rude and try their best to make me feel like a crappy pet parent - because I didn’t want them to not just triple dose my pup, but also buy into every single thing they’re selling. Just terrible quality of service. Don’t really know what I was expecting coming to a big corporation like this though. Obviously it’s places like these that all the bad things just seem to slip through the cracks. I already expected it ig. But to anyone reading this - do not go to vetco specifically this location in Carmel mountain. Unless you want to be uncharged and then on demeaned if you don’t follow their orders that is. You’d think they earn commission by how their demeanor is. The receptionist seems to know more than the vet I saw.

I will drive the distance and continue with her care and services as my dog’s primary veterinarian moving forward.
- LBLydia BuchananAug 1, 20253.0While everyone is lovely, it was the spend your money on getting your dogs teeth cleaned to the amount of hundreds of dollars. And the shampoo they wanted me to use every other day just exasperated my dogs skin condition and I never heard about the lab reports EVER.
