Similar experience for us as those people. I scheduled my two aussies over a week ago and the guy that answered the phone wasn’t very knowledgeable . I just wanted two baths and haircuts , he told me they don’t usually give haircuts to Aussie just trim them in certain areas to clean them up, I said okay. We dropped them off to their appointment to find out the guy didn’t schedule them for haircuts only baths but they accommodated. The woman told my Husband they usually cut aussies with a “lion haircut” so we decided to try something new. Our other dog was recently diagnosed with lymphoma so we didn’t want them to go extreme on him. He looks like he wasn’t touched with clippers and the other one looks like a shaved rat with all hair around the top , there’s no way they cut Australian Shepards like that . We paid $300 for this service . Never again
