- PPPeteMay 30, 20233.05.5 hrs later, dog still only halfway groomed. Had to pick up due to plans, but they did offer to finish. They charged only half since only halfway done. Clerk on phone making appt said 2 to 3 hrs. If they would've estimated closer to 6, we could've changed plans Plan at least 4 to 5 for a medium dog at 48 lbs. Maybe a suggestion, do not take walk ins that I overheard in a.m. during drop off.
