Our dog was suffering with seizures and they got her started on medication, when we told them it wasn’t working, she was still seizing, they said she was on the max dose and tried to sell us hundreds of dollars of chinese herbs per month instead. She ended up having a round of cluster seizures so bad we ended up at the ER where we met with a neurologist who DOUBLED her dose and said she was nowhere near the max dose she could have been on. So 0/10 for making our dog suffer for your incompetence.
