That's why my dog can't walked bcoz she was in pain.one of the staff made a comment that my dog was just lazy to walked.so if your furbaby are really sick don't take it there.

I was treated with care and respect and offered legitimate solutions, unlike the vetco across the street. I was told that the expensive tests I paid for there came back with nothing and they couldn’t do anything. Meanwhile, as soon as I went into SD bay animal hospital, I was offered immediate solutions and the tests came back with real results. I wasted so much time and money prior and I am grateful to now know what’s going on and have a path forward thanks to this team! Overall a good experience, excluding the one girl with a bad attitude at the front desk.

They advertise a $25 first-visit exam, and when I called ahead, explained my dog’s symptoms, and asked if the promo still applied, I was told yes. After the appointment, I was charged $98. When I called to ask why, they suddenly said the promo is “only for healthy pets.” But my friend brought her cat in for the same symptoms, got the $25 exam, and her cat actually tested positive for an infection — so that explanation doesn’t add up. They also tried to push almost $400 in extra tests on me, which I declined — and thankfully I did, because my dog’s results came back completely normal. The whole thing felt inconsistent and money-hungry. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.

We came for a wellness exam and vaccine plus anal gland expression and were in and out within 25 min. :)
