  I’ll start by saying the grooming manager did refund me the full cost of the haircut/bath. I was satisfied with the refund and did not plan to do any reviews but I changed my mind. This was the worst grooming my dog ever received. They ask you what level you want the hair to be, but even with the customers selection, an experienced groomer would make sure the cut is EVEN considering dogs hair is not the same length all over their body. My dogs cut looks ridiculous. I also gave instructions to conceal a recent surgery scar which did not happen, so in addition to an uneven haircut he also has a visible bald spot from the surgery scar. The groomer knew about the spot because she took care of it the previous appointment, but apparently she did not add a note to my dogs profile, so she missed it the second visit. Also when I picked him up he has some sort of dust or debris all over him. Why does my dog have anything on him fresh out of a grooming session??? But to top it all off, I asked the groomer to clean and remove the hair from his ears and between his paws. Now here we are two days later, he has an ear infection AND both of his rear paws have been bleeding since the appointment two days ago. So now I am headed to a vet and will basically have pay what Petco refunded me for the grooming. I am so disappointed and upset that they did this. I will never go to this location for grooming again, and I doubt I will continue using Petco grooming period.

  Eric has been grooming my dogs for years. He’s great! I would highly recommend Petco Grooming.

  We've taken our two dogs to a few other groomers in the last four years but the groomers at Petco (Ashley) gets it right every time. She is attentive and my pups love her! They always come out right the first time. Other places just don't listen and we end up having to return for a re-do or worse yet, we just flat out never go back. We're super happy we have a place to take our dogs now for everything from a nail clipping to a full-on wash and cut.

  Sent him in for a Christmas bath and furminator treatment to combat shedding. He came out looking so shiny and his coat was fluffy and so soft.
