I had an appointment for my dog today and they canceled within their 48 hour cancellation policy. When I called to reschedule her appointment they told me it would be over a month until my dog could get it. I asked if there was anything sooner as they canceled the appointment and they said no and they only had 1 part time groomer. they offered no discount or apology’s for the inconvenience. I don’t know what happened to cause this but clearly management needs to do better because this is unacceptable. I will be taking my dog elsewhere to get groomed.
