- ASAnca SilkeyFeb 18, 20261.0Melissa and the GM Jasin were very rude. She completely shaved my puppy and caused multiple cuts and abrasions which were not disclosed to me. They said my puppy had fleas and tried to charge me extra without any proof. They made me pay first and then brought my puppy. Worst experience ever, then the GM threaten me not to come back and he mentioned that he will contact every Petco store in town to deny me any services.
