  I really love this location! All the staff are always so nice, patient, and helpful whenever I visit. That said, make sure to watch out for the random craziness from some other customers! I don’t know what it is, but some people in that area who come in just like to give a hard time which baffles me! The staff here handle those situations with so much patience and grace, I know I wouldn’t have the same level of composure! Huge props to the entire team for staying so professional and kind through it all.

  I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a serious incident that happened at your store. On August 19, 2025, I took my black poodle to Petco for grooming. I waited for about four hours but never received a call to pick up my dog. When I finally went to the store myself, I found that my dog’s ear had been cut and was bleeding. No one informed me about the injury or provided any treatment until I arrived and discovered it myself. Only then did they contact the manager, who helped treat the wound. At that time, the manager apologized and promised that I could receive a free grooming service next time. However, when I brought my dog back on October 14, 2025, to use that free service, I was refused service without any clear explanation. I trusted the store and unfortunately did not keep any record or photo of the injury, but I believe the store’s internal records or video footage could confirm the situation. I am very disappointed with how this was handled and hope that Petco can take this matter seriously. Please investigate this incident and let me know how Petco plans to address it. I appreciate your prompt attention to this issue.

  Everyone that works here is wonderful and we have never had a bad experience with anyone besides the one woman "Paris" working at the cash register. I was holding off on making this review because I figured the first time it happened maybe she was just having a bad day, today was the second AWFUL experience with this woman. First time around (a couple months back) I went into return a brand new wet food royal canin prescription order that messed up my cats stomach causing diarrhea. No big deal as I've returned food before specifically royal canin and it is their policy allowing for returns on food that doesn't work. I went to the front check out counter where she told me multiple times while causing a HUGE scene that she can't refund my 70+ dollar food. She stood there pretty much talking back to my face and giggling condescendingly so I asked for a manager or someone to help with the situation. The gal that helped was so sweet and was able to figure it out right away-got a refund instantly. Paris was flat out rude and I walked out of that store shocked that someone is in customer service would have the audacity to treat a customer like that. Fast forward to today. I come in looking for probiotics for cats and dogs. Usually I grab from the front counter when checking out but I am aware they stock them in another location at the store. I went to the front register because it is faster to get it from there and just check out. Paris was working the register and gave me nothing but sass and attitude when I was asking for the probiotic. Maybe she remembered me from last time and felt like she needed to continue to treat me with such disrespect. She said the probiotic for cats and dogs was out of stock we don't have it in a rude and sassy tone. I said you are wrong (because I saw it earlier on the shelf) and went to the location in the store where I knew they had more. Went back to the checkout line and she did not say another word to me and sat on her phone as I was checking out. Nor did she offer a receipt. (I ended up calling the store to confirm her name for this review) This is twice now I have had such a negative experience with this employee. If you don't like your job in customer service maybe consider a new career path. Or learn how to treat customers with a bit of compassion. I guess we will only shop back here on the days she's not working. Such a terrible experience both times with paris.
