My mother wanted a specific pink GloFish for my niece, but getting any help was impossible. I called for a staff member and waited for over 15 minutes. At that point, it was about 30 minutes until closing. My father eventually had to go find someone else to ask for help, and by the time they actually showed up, it was only 8 minutes before the store closed. Because of the long delay and the rush, my mother couldn't wait any longer to find the specific fish she wanted. We ended up leaving with a fish that had much less pigment just so my niece wouldn't be disappointed tonight. If you need help with the live animals, don't expect the staff to prioritize you if it’s anywhere near the end of their shift.
