Then got some Kid with curly hair to just wave me off and mouth we are closed. It’s 903pm as I write this. Guess I’ll be buying all my dog needs at petsmart from now on. Unbelievable.

San Diego Petco beats out Big Island hawaii and beats out Houston Texas and surrounding area like kingwood. humble, atascasitia This is by far the number 1 petco location you will want to visit even going out of your way. Dr Biggs and his staff are amazing! Dr Biggs thinks outside the box and doesn't just cover issues up but Dr Biggs get to the bottom of the issue. We are in great hands with this location!! Deanna in grooming is the best groomer!!!!!!!! Ipo and I have ever experienced and we love her!! The front of the store is so gentle and kind most helpful beyond their duties. I give this PETCO 💯

- KCKyra CarrilloJan 22, 20261.0Worst Petco experience of my life at this location. The employees are uninformed about policies and give false information regarding payment methods they accept. My dog had an appointment at the vaccination clinic and I had double checked with both the vet assistant and the store manager before the appointment started that they accepted CareCredit as a method of paying at the vaccination clinic, and told them I would have to cancel the appointment if they didn’t. They both assured me they accepted it and that it wouldn’t be a problem, so I kept the appointment. I ended up getting slapped with a $115 bill and told that while the Vetco Total Care Clinic accepts CareCredit, the vaccination clinic does not. I spoke to another one of the store managers about what had happened and she rolled her eyes and told me it wasn’t her problem as the vaccination clinic was separate from the store. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or she’s just very bad at her job (her name was Yalita or something like that), but needless to say I will not be going back to Vetco for anything in the future. Go to PetSmart, they actually care about your pets.
