They have a great selection of fish and seemed to really care about them. I let them know a pleco was bullying another fish and they went to check on it right away. I will definitely be back

They gave me 4 edli which i could have bought from my local store. On top of that they dont respond to emails promptly and one of the lady in the store was so rude. Will never buy from this store again.

Then not guarantee the ship.ent nor will usps. So I paid you to kill a perfectly good fish because you would t overnight it? If you are a professional you wouldn't ship but overnight only. I would have paid twice over for over night. You people have bad reviews fro the same thing. Shipping fish doa. Just stay local. Keep your business within 10 square blocks. You would do better to not shame a customer for not choosing overnight as if an option.

Are they invincible? If so that's actually a pretty good deal. Other than the uncompetitive prices, the staff was helpful and attentive. I bought 4 trapdoor snails but only 2 seemed to be alive. Everything else was fine. I had been here before maybe a year or two ago and remember having a better experience.
