  Been taking our dogs here for years, until this morning. I set up a same day appointment for this morning at 0930. I show up 10 minutes early for that appointment only to be told it was at 0900, and the Vet wouldn’t see my dog! I informed the office staff that I confirmed this with Reena the day before, put it in my phone for 0930. The office staff took a step further to look up in her computer to tell me confirmations were sent via email/text saying my appointment was at 0900. I was truly disappointed and discouraged by the care (or lack of) I received. They did not take any responsibility that this could’ve been a mistake on their office staff. If I wasn’t told it was 0930, then why would I have shown up 10 minutes early for that appt? Time to find another Vet!

  All the nurses and doctors were very friendly and professional! Thy helped me with my new kitten's check-up and were very sweet! Baby Scooter is happy to visit his new friends at College Animal Hospital!!

  My cat gets very nervous and she calmed down pretty quick with the vet. She got a better exam than previously when she would hiss. I've been going to college for a few years now and love the service.

  Dr. Hasak is a wonderful doctor and my experience with the technicians Trixie and Cass have always been great. My dog had a complication after her spay and while it was very frustrating, the woman working the front desk at drop off for my dogs second surgery was even more frustrating. She did very little to ease my mind and answered my questions very generically and vaguely. The young woman I spoke with on the phone once everyone got there, Kimberly, seemed much more knowledgeable and significantly less defensive. She helped put my mind at ease and really talked through aftercare with me to help ensure that my dog didn’t have the same complications. That first point of contact for the day has really put a bad taste in my mouth and I really hope that as Hospital Manager, she works on her bedside manor and doesn’t come off to everyone so defensively.

  My dog was overdue for her vaccinations and everyone was so welcoming and great with my dog. I was afraid that she would growl or bark due to seeing new people, but my dog was friendly with everyone. Great animal hospital, great pricing, and great staff all around. The cutest thing was when going up to the door, they gave a sign with your pets name welcoming you and the funny parking sign. LOVED IT!
