- SBShera BeemDec 31, 20255.0I was insecure about my life with my pet wiggles has anxiety of abandonment and I couldn't let be by her self when she needs me the most. Vetac was awesome! And very helpful in letting me understand what need to be done. And vet Dr. Confirm that wiggles will be ok she will fall asleep then the dental cleaning will be done in no time. So both deserve a a+. Thanks to all the staff that got to meet wiggles. Banner vet hospital next to Walmart on Murphy Cannon.

However, when it comes to more serious concerns and want tests performed(X-rays, blood work, lab results) please take your pet to an animal hospital that is 24 hour. My pet was diagnosed with a large mass under her jaw that Banfield was not able to detect. When the hospital staff informed me , they were surprised that banfield did not catch this with all the tests done on my pet . Unfortunately, it was untreatable but was supposed to be caught sooner. Banfield is good with basic care but not worth paying insurance for older pets or pets with serious health issues.

This review is really not about the staff, but my cat had an appointment there on Saturday and came home with fleas! And now I have a new situation on my hands dealing with that. Not sure how they separate the animals back there but this hasn’t happened before and now, well now I have fleas

They were very tentative and understanding and answered all my questions that I had and my concerns that I had about my pet they took the time to check everything and go over details I felt so relieved knowing that my pet is in good hands is being taken well. Care of the whole team is amazing and outstanding. I wish I can give them more than just five stars. Banfield at Murphy Canyon is great and number one in my book thank you thank you for your service and your time and your kindness.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
