I think Murphy Canyon Banfield is my favorite. Dr. Daniel loves and knows dachshunds and that makes a difference since they are prone to back problems. I wish she were there more than once a week!

Took my 4 month old puppy in because she broke her foot. I can tell because there was an obvious deformity and I’ve worked as a tech in orthopedic clinics and radiology for over half my life. I splinted my pup’s leg in a spoon splint I shaped from a finger splint and had them take the X-rays. Later, I was charged full price for a splinting service using the EXACT splint I had made myself earlier in the day (feeling a little like fraud). I also have yet to receive copies of the X-rays we paid for though I have called FOUR times. They always have an excuse and say they’ll do it “later in the day”, but they are lying. I can’t even verify the x-rays were even done, but here we are $800 later…

I would give 0 stars if I could. I dropped my dog off by their recommendation so they could have time to run all tests and exams they needed on him instead of the 30 min exam where I can be there. The poor guy was terrified. Tell me why I had to keep calling them asking when I can pick him up and finally after 8 hours they told me he’s ready. When I got there they inform me they weren’t able to run any tests because he was so scared. I would have picked him up hours before if they had just told me. I’d rather them admit they can’t examine him then keep him there terrified for hours and then try to charge me for medicine. I told them I don’t want the meds as I don’t want to give them a dime. Everyone just kept saying to me “that’s how it goes sometimes” do not bring your pet to this unprofessional establishment. I’m just really sad for my dog and that I trusted them

I was insecure about my life with my pet wiggles has anxiety of abandonment and I couldn't let be by her self when she needs me the most. Vetac was awesome! And very helpful in letting me understand what need to be done. And vet Dr. Confirm that wiggles will be ok she will fall asleep then the dental cleaning will be done in no time. So both deserve a a+. Thanks to all the staff that got to meet wiggles. Banner vet hospital next to Walmart on Murphy Cannon.
