If only ZERO STARS was available that's what they need to get. Just a complete waste of my time here. No help whatsoever. If your dog needs help don't come here.

0/10 recommend this place. If you're looking to waste your time and money then come here, they love taking people's money and waiting their time. No help whatsoever from the vet.

I had an outstanding experience with Banfield Pet Hospital. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was welcoming, professional, and incredibly thorough.
They took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, answered every single question I had without rushing, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with the care plan.
What stood out most was how at ease they made me feel. You can tell they genuinely care—not just about the animals, but the parents too. I was confident that my kid was in great hands and would be well taken care of here.
The vet tech is absolutely gorgeous, which has nothing to do with this review 🤣🤣🤣—but the entire team was top-tier. If you’re looking for a place where your pet will be safe, cared for, and treated with real attention, this is it.
Highly recommend.

The front desk staff made a mistake and booked me for a drop-off not an in room visit for my dog. I tried to work with them to be seen but they were not flexible and the situation escalated to complete disrespect of two front desk agents (one in training) speaking condescending to me and basically making me beg for my dog to be seen. Horrible customer service and truly disrespectful staff.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
