They didn’t let me see my dog if I didn’t pay first and give them their tip. When I finally saw my dog, the haircut was uneven, his paws were groomed without care, his face wasn’t even clean as if they didn’t shower him. She didn’t even ask us what length we wanted for my dog, we had to remind her. We told her we wanted a rounded shape on his face since his hair was long enough and my dogs face ended up with one side longer that the other. It was that bad that my husband had to go back so they can try to fix his face at least. His body was left with uneven spots and his paws don’t have shape. I have taken my dog to the Petco grooming at 16th street and Potrero and never had this kind of experience. Never going back to that location. The groomer AU needs to have more training about how to groom a Shih Tzu. Awful experience 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
