My dog went in for a nail trim. The woman came back out mad saying to make an appointment next time bc she had a hard time with him. I said okay. His next nail trim I called to make an appointment and they were confused saying they don’t do appointments for nail trims. I said I was told to make one. So I get there and they say it’ll be $26 which is the same price as last time. Then one girl comes out saying actually it’ll be $70 I said why? And she said bc another person had to help hold the dog while trimming his nails…so what that person gets $50??? How is pricing even accurate at all? Part of your job is holding the dog but you want me to pay $50 more for it? I was so mad I didn’t pay for any of the items I had shopped for, I paid the $70 and left. This place is terrible

If I could give zero stars, I would. This location cares more about money than the wellbeing of your pet. We took our dog to them multiple times for the same infection, and despite charging us over and over for “treatments” he supposedly needed, they never actually solved the issue. It felt like a constant cycle of upselling rather than truly helping. What’s even worse is that after our poor furbaby passed away, Banfield had the audacity to tell us that we still need to finish paying off the remainder of the plan and that it can’t be canceled. To continue charging a grieving family after their pet has passed is absolutely heartless and shows how little compassion they really have. Please think twice before trusting this Banfield with your pet’s care.

I brought my cat to this hospital because he had started vomiting more often, which worried me. The staff explained that blood tests & X-rays were needed to identify the cause & suggested enrolling in their animal care plan to help lower the original estimate for lab work. In total we ended up paying about $1,000. The results showed that my cat had thyroid issues related to the Friskies wet & dry food he had been eating previously. They recommended switching him to a strict Hill’s Science Prescription Diet & since then he has completely stopped vomiting & even regained the weight he lost. Although the prescription food is pricey, I’m just glad my cat is healthy & happy again. Getting a new prescription every 2-3 months can be a pain! The team treated him with care & respect & made sure I fully understood the financial options available in case of difficult situations. I highly recommend this hospital for all your pet’s needs!
