Beware...don't let them put your pet to sleep. I took my cat in to have his teeth cleaned which later developed into him needing multiple teeth pulled. They put him to sleep. When I got him home i noticed he was having trouble breathing. I took him to the emergency hospital where they hooked him up to oxygen and ran tests. The texts showed his body was full of fluids in his lungs and around his heart. It was believed that he either vomited while under or the drainage didn't take place properly. The emergency hospital was unable to save my boy. I had been taking all of my cats there for years, but it seems that Banfield has started taking in too many pets at a time and are no longer capable of taking care of them like they should. I had a morning appointment but didn't get my cat back until closing time. Why is it the norm to have to drop your pet off each time? I will never take another one of my pets Banfield again

Becky Lewis, K9 rehabilitation specialist, has helped our dog get strong and enjoy himself at the same time. She is an expert using the pool to strengthen our dog.

The desk staff and vet assistants were very kind when I went in to put down my baby, but the veterinarian herself was awful. I would leave one star if this review was solely for Dr. Brown. She made nasty comments about my dog outside the door while we waited for her, and I just wanted to let your facility know that your customers can hear her insensitive remarks through the walls. It made the experience so much worse knowing that I was being judged harshly by your vet staff because I supposedly did not spend enough time with my beloved pet once already at the facility. If Dr. Brown must know, We spent a beautiful day at home together before visiting your office, where the bright lights and unfamiliar smells stressed my senior pet. I did not want him to panic any longer so I hit the call button. Furthermore, if Dr. Brown wishes to speak negatively about a grieving client, maybe you could encourage her to find a room where the grieving client cannot hear her!
