  This was the first time my dogs had gone to a groomer. I expected them to be traumatized by the experience. They were just fine! Rowan is awesome!

  It’s honestly outrageous how Petco raises prices every few months. We’ve ended up bringing our pet less often just to push back against it.

  While my experience with my dog grooming is good, what im not happy with was being made to wait 15 minutes in the waiting room to pick up my dog. I received the message that my dog was ready, I live close by, arrived, nobody was there to help me. Asked out at the register, was told they had a dog in the back and would be right out... I had to ask a second time before someone finally came out with my dog. 15 minutes from the time I arrived and paid for the groom and my dog was brought out to me. There was another person that came in to pick up his dog, but left while I was waiting.

  Stopped in to get out of the heat. Handicap parking in front. Lots of animal supplies and grooming services. Small pets, fish and birds available for purchase. Friendly, clean store .

  I am a pet owner of 3 dogs that I attend and care for daily. Today was a grooming appointment for only two of them. The puppy Yoshi Scruffy & my senior dog Jack Sparrow. All started well when I was able to see their groomer Arvis return from a personal injury. My dogs much needed to be refresh and, cleaned up. I was please to see that I was able to use my rewards towards the grooming services which included a free wash. Overall, my time is valuable and the amount of time it took Arvis to completely groom my dogs we’re about 2 hours and I spent additional 30 minutes shopping for my 3rd dog. I need to mention the young whom worked yesterday at the register had the most amazing personality. I love her passion for what she does and the love of pets. We talked about our pets and I found out her dog name is Potato an Alaskan Malibu. Honestly she put a smile on my face with pics we shared of our pets. Since I arrived she has been very upbeat, pleasant and kindness goes a long way. I hope your company Petco compensates your employees well because of their hearts and their feelings are invested in the care of the customers pets. Therefore them knowing it’s a very important part of our family. I feel as well all the groomers, and staff should be rewarded. The smile I receive every time I’m in your store hopefully they will receive that back employees rewards.
