  I came here on 4/2/26 hoping to get my small dog groomed for the first time at this location. I called ahead to make a same day appointment and was able to get one. When booking, Daisy kept reading back misinformation on simple stuff so I guess that was my first red flag. I get to my appointment I was booked under the wrong name and I had an issue with my paperwork and she gave me the NASTIEST attitude I have seen in customer service EVER. After leaving the front desk she stormed off to her manager and still couldn't accurately convey what the issue was. She just got mad and started acting like a 2 year old. Wouldn't offer a solution to the issue I was having with my paperwork when all she had to do was make a simple phone call to my vet but instead made the choice to be rude and nasty. Her manager acted a lot better than her. My first time at the store was pleasant but this particular experience was very unpleasant and uncalled for. Like you don't have to work here lol She won't ever touch my dog. I hope her behavior gets corrected sooner rather than later! Save your money and time by avoiding these people.

  I bought cat litter. The brand i wanted was a bit difficult to find but I finally located it on the shelf. Everything else went smoothly.
