- JMjuniper moefuJun 6, 20201.0Allowed me to make an appointment which doesn't exist-scheduled one for Arden and dragged my poor 19 year old cat out only to arrive at the store and find the clinic was in Elk Grove or Davis that day. The store employee said other people had the same issue. I know it's not intentional, but it definitely made what was already a stressful experience for my cat much more stressful because it'll have to be repeated, and the worst part is it was stressful for no productive reason. This needs to be fixed.
