- JCJoanna ChavezDec 27, 20252.0I took my Bernedoodle in for a bath because I got a coupon that was expiring soon. He had got a grooming only two weeks before and I was keeping up with brushing so he was not matted going in. Just wanted him nice and clean before holiday traveling. I took him he was done in about an hour an a half. When I got home I realized his tail did not look brushed at all. I called and the lady said she brushed him and I could take him back if I wanted but was super busy and leaving to travel. I was so upset he was not brushed and it was noticeable. Because of the wash and blowout without brushing I was stuck the next day trying to brush out two large Matts on his tail. I’m very disappointed and upset with the groomer. I think they overbooked when I dropped off and picked up there were at least 3 dogs going in each time. That is no excuse for not doing what you are being payed to do.
