- PRPamela remlyDec 19, 20253.0While my experience with my dog grooming is good, what im not happy with was being made to wait 15 minutes in the waiting room to pick up my dog. I received the message that my dog was ready, I live close by, arrived, nobody was there to help me. Asked out at the register, was told they had a dog in the back and would be right out... I had to ask a second time before someone finally came out with my dog. 15 minutes from the time I arrived and paid for the groom and my dog was brought out to me. There was another person that came in to pick up his dog, but left while I was waiting.

"The hefty girl" that was "unprofessional" like the previous review indicted from about a year ago, Lilli acted like she didn't want to be there. She was unprofessional and tart from the very beginning, and it got worse from there. It took her two hours to wash and do a choppy looking hair cut for my Maltipoo, I could have done better at home and saved her the attitude! At the end, she accused me of not paying for the service. Won't be returning nor bringing my second dog, like I initially intended. Save your time and money and go to Bark Ave or somewhere else. All the other store employees were wonderful!!
