This was my first visit at Banfield. Horrible experience, I DO NOT recommend. Took my cat in for IV fluids and was told by the vet tech, Ivy, that it would only take 15 minutes and I ended up waiting 3 hours. After 3 hours the vet came out to confirm if I wanted the IV fluids done. It took the another hour to give me my cat. I paid $270 for a full blood test, and when I checked out they had “forgot” to give me the blood results. When I asked for the paperwork, the response was “oh, do you want them? We didn’t know you wanted them?” I never even saw the vet, no one went over the results with me. It took 3 different staff members another 30 minutes just to find the paperwork. I ended up getting charged $405 for a vet visit and I never even saw the vet. I wonder if my pet was even looked at when he was taken to the back. I paid for IV fluids and when my cat was discharged he looked even more dehydrated than when I brought him in and was very distressed. Overall it was a horrible experience and I do not recommend bringing your pet here and on top it’s very over priced.

Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
