  The property is beautiful, lots of good energy. The team here helped work together to provide me a unique custom urn that I am proud of and it’s a wonderful way to honor him. They listened to me talk and tell stories about my boy and were extremely empathetic kind and compassionate. I felt good that they are the ones who took care of my boy until the very end. I trust they took good care of him. Allowed me to send him off with flowers. The engraving machine is awesome! They gave me exactly what I wanted. Megan Cody and Jim ass very kind people. Thank you!

  When you lose a beloved pet the anguish is intense. Not everyone understands or can empathize with that heartbreak. I had a very strong bond with all my pet goats. They were family and each one of my beautiful bottle babies had amusing personalities. They all grew old unfortunately and one by one they passed on. Each one took a little bit of my heart with them. I could not have chosen a better place than Loved Pets to have their remains cremated. The staff was so compassionate.With each of my pets passing, I was a basket case of a mess. I never felt judgment from them. They cared too and wanted to make the process as painless as possible. It was no easy task for them to take the remains of my last beloved bottle baby goat Boo. He may have been very old, but he was still an enormous nubian close to 200lbs. They were gentle with his remains and handled him with respect. I appreciate the kindness and compassion of the staff. For all the kindness I have received from them, I will never go anywhere else.

  I unexpectedly lost my fur baby Rocket to a freak accident. This placed was so nice and emphatic to what I was going through. They worked with me on the billing process and they were very patient with me and all my crying. I love how they offered free eggs at the end. They also allowed me to spend as much time as I needed with Rocket before the process began.

  Losing a loved fur baby is one of the worst days of our lives, if not THE ABSOLUTE worst day! We recently lost our sweet Sadie, my baby girl, my soul dog. My heart was shattered watching her get sick and slowly decline. Having her leave us was the absolute worst day of my life. First off, my review does not factor in cost of services. I’ve seen other reviews comparing costs of other places and I’m not gonna cover that here. What I can tell you is this: If you want the best possible experience of having to cremate a beloved fur baby, look no further, you’re in the right place. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Codi and Megan were absolutely amazing! AMAZING! We pulled up with such a heavy heart, and left with such a feeling of peace, comfort, and love. They made such a difficult day brighter by their compassion and willingness to make this process so calm and personal. We brought our other fur baby Sophie along with us to help her see her best friend in life go through this transition 😢💔. So heartbreaking!!! They cheerfully greeted Sophie and made her feel at home. Sophie even lit up as Codi played with her, that alone was a priceless moment. We showed up at 11, saw our Sadie girl, spent time with her before it was time. We picked out all of our memorabilia and then went to lunch while they worked their magic. When we got back after lunch, we were again greeted by Codi and Megan. In just a few short hours they created the most beautiful memories of Sadie that I could have ever imagined. Her urn, photo frames, paw & nose prints, fur clippings all melted our hearts. They were perfect and so carefully/thoughtfully created. We were able to take our girl and these beautiful items of her home after just a few hours. If you want the absolute BEST experience for your loved pet and family then look no further, you’ve found the right place. Codi & Megan, thank you for everything. 🐶❤️🐾🙏
