    The veterinarian and her assistants were very capable, efficient, and good with my dog. I appreciate the way they handled my dog and cared for her. The only bad experience was while I was waiting with my dog for our appointment we had to wait in one of the aisles in the store which was no problem. The aisle we waited in had a refrigerated pet food section. The refrigerator had no pet food in it at all, the shelves were all disheveled and out of place, and there were two rags at the bottom inside of the refrigerated section that looked like they had mold on them. I know this does not have anything to do with the veterinary service, however, it does have everything to do with the customers waiting and seeing this which gave me a bad feeling about the PetCo store itself. My thoughts were why would they leave this refrigerated section in such disarray - shelves out of place and rags with mold on them. It's not a good look or feel for the store and not for any of the customers waiting for veterinary services.
