  My new rescue, Bear, got a beautiful bath eith nails clipped and extra brushing. He came back smelling so good and so shiny! The team said he did great and we will be bringing him back for sure!

  Traded in a harness for a gentle leader, no issues, hope this does the trick for my crazy fur babies.

  For the most part I like shopping at Petco. My last visit I wasn't happy about the employee checking me out at the register. He started to load my purchases into a bag without asking me first if I wanted a bag. I had to tell him that I didn't want a bag, and then he had to unload them out of the bag and back into my cart. Then before I could pay, he had to delete the bag charge before I could pay and leave. Petco's policy should be to ask first if you want a bag before just assuming that you do. Especially since they plan on charging the customer for that bag. I will continue to shop at Petco, but if this keeps happening then I will need to have a talk with someone in charge and complain. If that does no good then I would be forced to shop somewhere else for my pet needs. I am older with health issues and money is extremely tight for me. I must watch every cent that I spend.

  I went in to buy 5 goldfish (feeders). The employee was questioning me about how many gallons is my tank and what kind of filter I own. Really? I plan on keeping them and putting them in my pond in a week or so. I’m not feeding them to turtles but they are concerned about the gold fish well being. They are feeder fish meaning you feed them to other species and you are questioning me about their well being. I ended up buying them but had to talk to the store manager. What a joke! I must say the customer service does not exist. My experience was super annoying, won’t go back.
