Veterinarian availability varies—book an appointment to ensure one is onsite. Clinics provide only routine vaccines and preventive tests. For emergencies, visit the nearest emergency vet hospital.
I was very happy with the service for both myself and my dog. Everyone was very nice and patient. The cost was more than I was expecting for a "Vaccination Clinic".

Terrible experience. We have been getting our dog vaccinated at this clinic for years without any issues. This time, however, the doctor refused to give the vaccine, citing some “new safety rules.”
My dog is an 8-year-old Miniature Pinscher who has never bitten anyone in his life. He was a little excited, which is completely normal in a place full of people and dogs, but he showed absolutely no aggression.
Not only were we refused the vaccine, but the medical record falsely stated that my dog “attempted to bite.” This is a complete lie — no one even touched him during the visit.
The dishonesty from the veterinarian, used to cover up her lack of professionalism, is unacceptable and has destroyed my trust in this clinic.

I have tried to schedule twice with VETCO for the vaccine clinic in the last two months. They cancelled last minute same day on my first attempt, and sent a little coupon as if that makes up for my time. I rescheduled. On the second attempt, my cat soiled himself and carrier so I had to carry him in. He’s completely leash trained, and was calm in store and just sitting in my arms with a full harness and leash on while covered in pee on his legs. I had one of the first if not the first time slots available (no one else there yet). The employee told me I needed a crate for my cat (I haven’t seen this requirement on a reservation or advertised). I explained what happened and was told they could try to find one to use. After a minute, I was informed they had no crate for me to borrow so I’d have to ask the front for one and possibly buy it. I ended up having to buy either an expensive cardboard crate or small carrier. I bought one. I finally returned to the clinic side of the store only to find out their digital system was down. After waiting several minutes with multiple other people and pets, they informed us we’d have to wait for the manager to get there in 30min and hopefully be able to fix it. If we couldn’t wait they could call back or send a coupon. Terrible experience and no offer was made to refund the carrier and I didn’t feel right asking to return it since my cat had pee on him. 100% would not recommend vetco or the Roseville Petco/vetco for vaccines.
