She then refused to provide service for my pet despite having scheduled appointment. She told me they won’t provide any services for my pet when I was talking to the Vet The store manager approached me so I explained everything to her then she asked me to leave the store I recorded everything on my phone and called Vetco management. Terrible service and terrible manager Stay away from the clinic they will sell you unnecessary services

They also allowed bookings the appointment and are me wait to show up without looking at him. Now my $30 in vital care will expire.
- LCLea CrudaFeb 4, 20261.0I was totally disappointed with the grooming service at ELVERTA ANTELOPE...first grooming the groomer shaved my dog all the way like a rat though that was not the length we agreed.. 2nd grooming same groomer its the opposite as if no grooming was done at all and yet I still gave good tips on both groomings 3rd the groomer said my dog is matted on the neck and by the buttock area...so I dematted my dog buying a new comb... When I came back.. The groomer said im banned in all petco locations bec of my dog being matted... am I a criminal by the groomer saying that? And yet groomer is very rude I have been taking my dog at Petco for about 10 years none of these had happen in the past
