    Just so people know this is somthing we had to learn. My cat has been to my regular vet up in Auburn KOA for anyone wondering. I live in Rocklin. I was going to auburn because they were cheaper in price I didnt mind the tad bit of drive they were recommended to me when I got her from a coworker. Any ways im in the hospital this week for seizure assessment and so my mom was at my apartment to take care of my cat. My dad recommended banfield this time because that what he uses for his cat. Now what I learned was he put it under my name but becuase I wasn't there it didnt count. Needed to make aure my mom did find a tapeworm so my baby could get treated fast, But because my cat hasn't been to their facility she wasn't allow I think that should be included in the questions before you book. They want all your pets info not really yours. Why does it matter if I can be added to the account later? They had an appointment for today but now has to be moved to sunday just created much more of a headache for my mom and my poor cat already stressed that Im not home. Her names Selina Bat.

    I’ve heard rave reviews about Banfield. My overall experience thus far started off a little rough but has improved since. We really like our puppies veterinarian. The front reception staff is very friendly . The only downfall so far has been that they are understaffed and overbooked. Otherwise I highly recommend them.

    I recently got my cat fixed at Banfield, and they gave him a soft cone after surgery. A few days later, I noticed he was licking himself even with the cone on, so clearly it wasn’t effective. I called the hospital, and a man told me that’s the cone they give to cats and that they’ve never had this issue before. He even joked that my cat must be “a smart cat.” I told him I just needed a hard cone like the one my other cat had before, and he said I could come pick one up. The next morning, I called again to confirm everything was ready, and the woman on the phone said yes. After work, I went to pick it up, and suddenly the lady at the front told me I had to return the soft cone first. Excuse me — nobody ever mentioned that during any of my calls! It’s not my fault they gave me a cheap, ineffective cone that didn’t do its job. I already paid $37 for it, and now they’re making it my problem. Very frustrating and unprofessional experience.
