Read my longer review on Yelp. I was limited on here to how much I could write. This is a WARNING for others. An actual employee at this location specifically told me that corporate pushes them to take as many clients as they can which in turn can sacrifice patient care. They advised me to contact Banfield cares and file a complaint, which I did and it has yet to be resolved to my satisfaction. The regional doctor would not approve a further compensation past what the office manager offered which was only $350.00 but required me to sign an NDA. I would rather warn others than be silenced for $350 bucks after losing my pet so tragically. I firmly believe my doctor could have potentially prevented this had he been giving me the proper advice and level of care that my pet deserved. I’ve since reached out to Banfield cares numerous time seeking to speak to someone higher up and still haven’t heard back from anyone. I called on October 2nd and again nearly 3 weeks later to follow up. They’re required to have someone call you within 3-5 business days. Still no call. So here I am writing this review. On top of all of this, after my pet passed, I never even got a condolence card in the mail which I mentioned to the office manager Emily numerous times. She kept saying they made one but she would need to look into where it went as the last time they had it was in the back of their office. At some point she should have taken the initiative to make a new one and make sure it got sent out. Every single other company that had contact with my dog sent us something. But not my own personal vet. How sad that they don’t even care about their clients enough to make sure they actually send a condolence card once their patient passes. That just proves that my pet was nothing but a number to them.

The actual vet tech and vet nurse were amazing and so beyond kind and patient with my very very scared kitty. The lady at the front desk is just straight up rude. My first appointment there ever I arrived and there was no one at the front desk. We waited 5 minutes, I had a very scared stressed out cat so I obviously went to the front of the store and alerted a employee that there was no one at the Vet clinic. Another 5 minutes pass and a woman finally comes out with and in&out cup in her hand chewing food, her first statement is "You do know we have other patients then you right?" No shit really? But were you actually even doing anything back there or just eating and ignoring your customers. Anyways she needed me to sign paperwork but never gave any further instructions and apparently it was a signature on the card machine. I got more attitude from her when I didnt know that even tho she never clarified. Anyways my cat got her vaccines from the amazing vet who was so patient with her. She had a follow up appointment for a booster shot but they wanted to charge me an extra $80 on top of the booster vaccine charge for an "Exam" even tho she had an exam just 3 weeks prior. I called asking what this new exam will even consist of and if I could just opt out and she straight up told me No and still couldnt even give me an explanation of what information this new exam will provide. I told her I would like to cancel my appointment and take my pet elsewhere and she hung up the phone before I could even finish my sentence. Overall the woman in the front provided a horrible customer service experience and that is the reason I will not be coming back.

I've been taking my dog Tina to see Dr. West and Dr. Weininger for years and they are absolutely amazing. They've always taken great care of her and are very communicative when discussing her care, whether preventative or addressing specific problems. Special shout out to Sarah at the front desk who took a lot of extra time to help me complete my payment with Care Credit (even though I didn't have the physical card yet), explained all of the doctor's notes, and even breaking out the visual aids when I had what felt like 100 questions about the status of her teeth post op. That kind of care & attention really makes it easy to trust that they are looking out for her best interest and are committed to educating pet parents to do the same. Thank you to the whole team!! 🌟
