Each time I've been there he seems to be working also and everytime goes above and beyond. He's taken the time to share helpful information when I came in w a new puppy and I was obviously lost when it came to what I needed to purchase. I had my rambunctious impatient 8 year old with me a couple of times and Manny took the time to speak and joke with my son. Made sense when we learned he has Many Animals he cares for when not working hard. Management I hope you value and recognize this exceptional asset to your company. Thanks again Manny!

I overheard their conversation and he was saying that she isn’t hitting her numbers, I could see she was becoming visibly upset. I even felt uncomfortable. He asked her what she’d change, and she said she does her best. It’s really disheartening to see someone in a higher position talk down to their employees. Especially a conversation that should’ve happened in private.
