We had been going there for several years - unfortunately after the vet - Karen Klentos took over - they could not get our life saving prescriptions right - so many times that it became a real problem . They also mishandled my senior dog causing her to get a pinch nerve in her neck and she was unable to move her head for 3 days after a standard blood draw . We thought she was dying - and when asked where the blood was taken - they did not have that information in their records . They repeatedly wrote the wrong dosages in our refills and woild not admit to it until I produced the bottle with the correct dosage that Dr Klentos prescribed and finally - the last straw - they were going to give my dog the wrong medication altogether and wrote it in her file inaccurately . When we confronted the vet and office manager they kicked us out and literally yelled at my elderly mother who was paying the bill in front of the whole waiting room . Yelled at her to get out without paying the bill. This was because my mother stated in a quiet calm voice “I don’t care about your feelings” to Dr. Klentos who was being completely condescending about the fact she had given us another wrong prescription and denied it being wrong (when I have a bottle she signed off on with the right dosage from 6 months earlier) . I would not take any animal to this clinic at this point as they cannot be trusted to make sure the medicine they prescribe are the right dosage or even the right medication - this happened to us about 8 times in the course of two years causing us to have to run around and try and get correct meds and dosages for life saving medications . Also we got fleas from the office and had to put our elderly dog on flea prevention due to her getting fleas every visit. . I did like the front desk people and most of the techs but Dr Klentos , the office manager , and whoever deals with the prescriptions has been very difficult to deal with and the office manager was completely unprofessional . Also their prices are expensive while their care has gone down . I really don’t recommend if you have medically complex or senior pets .

Unfortunately had a bad experience here. Due to the front desk my cats appt apparently got double booked even though we were early to our appt time. Also I've never had a vet hospital make the client call about transferring vet records usually that's the receptionists job as far as I know.
