  I love this store. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Andbits always stocked and clean as a whistle.

  The store was stocked well with adequate supplies, with the exception of the harnesses and leashes. The employees were busy stocking, but were not engaging, with the exception of the cashier. Although the cashier scanned my items and once the transaction was complete she said have a nice day, but did not push my items toward me so I could reach them. Instead she left them there and walked. Overall, I gave it 4 stars because I am grateful this location had what I was looking for, as opposed to the other Riverside location (Van Buren & Trautwein) & the Menifee location, which are often times out of stock on items. If you looking for items in stock, this Petco is a good option, but if you’re looking for customer service, then this location may be disappointing.

  On 04/11/2026 i visited petco in riverside off tyler, i was helped by a wonderful young lady named cici! Her customer service was top tier! Thank you cici!!!

  Thank you for helping me with my very anxious dog and allowing me to express my concerns about choosing the right calming chews. We were able to travel back to our state in peace. Thank you for caring

  I was not happy with the guy that helped me with the purchase of 3.5 oz. bag of Purina pro plan indoor hairball salmon and rice dry food bag. I told him the online purchase was 16.89 but he told me he couldn’t find it and that it probably was on clearance. It was not on clearance and on the shelf. I told him they have always honored the on line price but if he can’t I will go to Petsmart where they honor there online price. He did say he would give a one time price of 16.89 but cannot do it anymore. I looked the dry cat food bag up online when I left the store and found the online price for Purina pro plan 3.5oz dry indoor salmon and rice hairball for 16.89. I took a screen shot to show him if I ever get him again . The other employees never treated me like he did. They honored the online price and they found it. .
