- AGAlberto Guevara2 days ago1.0Unwilling to help. A task that is standard and only takes les than 3 min. I called the store earlier and ask if I could stop by and get live feed but I will be there close to closing. The manager said they dont do that service and stop serving 30 min before closing. We have an account and do this every 2 weeks. There where about 10 people still making line so im sure time was not an issue.
- ECElyse Caldwell3 days ago1.0Animals are not being housed right especially the reptiles. They are put in sand which is horrible for their intestines and can kill them. When I let a worker know nicely she got offended, snappy and major attitude. The way she handled her response could have been more professional. I wont go back and visit my mom and pop shop to get my reptiles food. Do better petco.
- LLLily3 days ago1.0I was approached by two people and I didn’t handle the encounter very well. I didn’t know the dangers of owning a pet. Be careful because this area has people waiting to attack and steal your pets. I even got attacked at the Wells Fargo drive thru atm in this area. Very bad area.
