- KRKimberly RuizAug 5, 20251.0súper upset with my dogs hair cut today .. groomer zena and I spoke before service and my one request was not to mess up my doodles face and not leave him bald due to the amount of time he spends outside .. we agreed on my dog going in and getting a 5 and according to the chart they show you his hair is shorter than a 10 . My dogs ears were not matted so I don’t see the need to have shaved them down . The excuse was they tried making it match but his neck and body do not match and his face has shorter and longer pieces all around . When I initially asked about why they went so short I felt the ladies were laughing in my face as you can see I was visibly upset .
