When my first stop didn’t work out, I headed to Petco. The amount of personal help I received was great. During my visit, I had no less than four store associates come up to answer my questions or offer assistance. I was shopping for my new puppy and they even offered me a new puppy coupon book, that saved me quite a bit of money. I definitely will be heading back there. Great job to this specific Petco store team, you made me feel valued as a customer and because of you, I will be back for all my fur baby needs!

- NCNiya CSep 6, 20251.0This is that review where if I could leave 0 stars I would. Let me explain; I showed up to my vet appt for my puppy (pug) for vaccinations. First, the girl barely greeted me when I arrived. Just hesitated in saying hi. She asked if I had an appt, I said yes. She went ahead and started checking me in and told me I would have to hold my dog since she wasn’t fully vaccinated (understandable). She asks me if there’s anything I’d like to them to check for me and I told her how my puppy had an ear infection a couple weeks prior so if they could check to see how that’s healed. She explains how she’ll let the vet know. I go sit down and am waiting for her coworker to come ask the prescreening questions. One of them is if my dog sneezes or not. I told them she’s a pug and does tend to sneeze. My other older pug sneezes too. She told me I might not be able to get the vaccinations today because she’s sneezing. Turns out I’m not able to get her vaccinations that I originally came for but they want to try to charge me $300 for an ear swab test and what not for the ear infection which wasn’t ever the reason I was there. I turned around and left but let me tell you both of those girls working the from counter and vet assistant were so rude and made me feel stupid when I asked her about why I couldn’t get the vaccines because my pug sneezes. It was ridiculous and they just try to bamboozle me out $300. Try another naive person, not this girl.
