I have a gate, yet sometimes I find my box of pet food thrown over the fence, denting a few wet food cans that are oozing food from leaks. Also, I’m not always home for deliveries, but I have a few times, during heatwaves, found boxes of wet dog food that have been sitting in the extreme heat for long periods of time in direct sunlight on grass area instead of my shaded porch. Boxes & items/cans in the box are hot to touch when box opened. This can be damaging to the product & makes food unsafe to use . I’ve had to throw the cans out & go to Petco to repurchase can pet food. Hopefully, this matter can be related to your delivery service to make improvements. I appreciate it because I would like to continue this service.

He always comes out looking beautiful. I appreciate that I can see him the whole time he is getting groomed, although I don't usually stay because being able to see me but not get to me agitates my dog. As for the rest of the store, the wide variety of pet food is very helpful when trying to satisfy a finicky eater. Overall pretty good. And I hear about them donating to local shelters and rescues.

She helped us out tremendously when we first got her. Lily our dog was our first pet ever so it was overwhelming. SAM was amazing patient kind and genuine. I loved going in to get help from her because I knew she would offer her best advice and not felt rushed. I give same a 5 star Now that she's gone service kind of sucks in here now. Nobody's as helpful they kind of just want to be quick and done with you. I've been in multiple times its just not the same. Noone was as educated as sam and Noone showed like they truley cared helping you as much as her. Haven't been in a while but since she's been gone my time in there costumer service sucks now. Sam was so knowledgeable! Both me and my son felt like we knew her she was so helpful and loved our dog!
