The lady, Sierra shaved my dog only halfway and then called me to pick him up, saying my dog was too difficult to continue. I understand safety is important, but I don’t understand why she kept grooming if she already knew the situation. I was very disappointed with how my dog looked like.

Except I go in and ask for help from an exceptionally rude employee with pink hair, who literally just ignored me blatantly to my face. She was one of the only employees not doing anything but aimlessly wandering around . This isn’t the first time, I just decided to finally write a review cause I’m misunderstanding how this woman is allowed to be in charge of animals wellbeing.
