I have had a good experience with Petco every time on my online purchases until my last purchase that I paid for three items to be shipped to me, and I got only two items, I need information on where I should go to claim my missing item.

Never ever ever ever ever coming back to this store. do not come in here unless you want to share the register with someone who's loitering and taking up the line for over an hour. there are no backup cashiers. they can keep the stuff. managers walked right past without calling for a secondary. an ornery man was not asked to step aside. we kept waiting for him to move on. didn't happen. he kept rerurning and arguing with the younger male cashier. you just don't let a customer monopolize the front then not have backup. not a appreciated on a hot day either. this tall older man kept going out to the lot then coming back and circling the store and staring. incredibly creepy. either look out for this man or others of the sort. he kept trying to engage us in in talk. it's on camera. great deals, and treats for your fur babies but is it worth a bad experience or waste of time? as a consumer, be smart and don't share your privacy and dignity with any shopper. it's a shame because we found some really cool things. doesn't matter how friendly the store associates are, if they make a customer stand around and egregiously wait they're above and beyond disappointing. hopefully they will grow sensible about these situations, prevent its nuisance. not the best for female or 3rd gender shoppers, really, the men are odd pests, for some reason, in this Petco. advice lone females to avoid this shopping center and store, based on repeat experience. and obviously, you will encounter unmindful, disrespectful strangers.

Meh. Many Petcos are snobby, at best openly snotty; can't recall exactly the cashiers at this location but it's not a friendly environment. Not that someone really wants them to get that with them but they don't want to be treated like a stranger. Go to a pet store where people are positive and happy. Being treated like a stranger happens a lot in this area but as in pet stores PetSmart and indy shops, are more productive and inclusive. Trying not to think about the east coast, it can be looked up, we don't go to any Petco often and only ones that act with warmth and helpfulness. Something about the vibe in this shopping center and Store is not a warm fuzzy for a furry family. Some Petco's have great training but we will never use their grooming facilities, even if one of those locations were friendly. Make sure they don't use mechanical dryers. Carelessness and love for animals does not mix. Never forgot about that sweet baby, he will be remembered. There are some good Petcos but it's not interpretable that they truly care not about animals but living creatures who can't speak for themselves. I also say RIP Brigitte. Could speak French to these guys and they wouldn't understand me. No math equation.
