- DDDOct 22, 20253.0It seemed like a slow time of day, I went in approx 5:45pm to the Riverside location. The entrance Halloween setup/display is very dismal. Almost no items left, items on the floor, looks sad an unorganized. This was not the only section that required attention. Dog clothing was still in boxes on the floor waiting to be hung, and the items that were hung were not in order and messy. This is a small store and feels crowded with little space for walking around isles in some areas. The cashier was very polite and upbeat. She made the checkout easy even though her register was taking a ridiculous amount of time to load each new item she input. I do not frequent this location and I’m hoping this was just a “bad day” or maybe they were short staffed.

Surely not the employees fault, likely corporate policy but very sad :( if anyone needs a chinchilla!!
